What can we do for you?

Important information on the purchase of Q-Matrix™

You generally purchase the Q-Matrix™ software solution as a licenced full version at an agreed fixed price according to an individual offer in conjunction with a maintenance contract. This is invoiced annually at 15% of the sales price of the software and is usually concluded for a term of 12 months. The licence includes the unlimited possibility of multiple installations within your company. The software may not be passed on to third parties.

The maintenance contract includes the latest version of the software and all updates and enhancements. You also receive personal support by e-mail or remote maintenance for all questions and difficulties relating to the software.

The maintenance contract is valid for the agreed term. The cancellation period is two months to the end of the term. If no cancellation is made, the contract is automatically extended by the agreed term.

Of course, you can also forego the convenience of a maintenance contract when purchasing the software. In this case, updates and extensions would be offered to you for purchase. Support activities would be charged on an hourly basis. For more information, please refer to your personalised offer.
